Fruits and vegetables always taste better when they are in season and harvested at the peak of freshness. Eating seasonal rewards me with many benefits from eating fresh foods packed with nutrients to savings in family budget. To make it easier for you to plan your meals as well as make grocery list, I created this seasonal produce guide to inspire you to eat healthy throughout the whole month.

Summer is in full swing, and there's a variety of colorful fruits and veggies that you can enjoy. Beautiful berries, watermelons and cantaloupes colored everything in bright colors, while collard greens and zucchinis gave a market calming green tone. Market is bursting with tasteful fruits and vegetables. Just beautiful!

Avocado, artichokes, beetroot, bok choy, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celeriac, celery, chillies, chicory, chard, collard greens, corn, cucumbers, eggplant, endive, fennel, garlic, green beans, horseradish, kale, leek, lettuce, mushrooms, okra, onions, peas, peppers, potatoes, radishes, scallions, spinach, summer squash, tomatillos, tomatoes, turnips, zucchini.
