Hi, I'm Natalie Knezic, a nutrition coach, UK-based recipe developer and food blogger, and owner of Natalie's Health. I'm passionate about healthy food and helping others to live healthier joyful lives.
As a nutrition coach and weight loss specialist, I work with people who struggle to implement difficult diet and lifestyle changes recommended by their doctors and empower people to take charge of their well-being by changing up their daily routines and habits.
My health issues were the reason I studied and qualified as a nutrition coach. I transformed my own health with nutrition, and I have also seen incredible results with my clients. For me, health coaching is so much more than a job—it's a calling. And Natalie's Health place, where I can express my creativity and passion for food.
I'm a healthy lifestyler on a mission to help people rediscover the joy of eating real food.

My aim is to help people make long-term improvements to their health. Health is about being happy and having the energy to enjoy life. Furthermore, eating healthy doesn't mean food has to be tasteless or boring. I believe that changing eating habits is a lifestyle choice and not simply a quick fix diet. I am passionate about sharing with others how rewarding it is to live healthily and feel like you are really thriving, not just surviving. I want you to be the best version of yourself.
Healthy eating is absolutely not about dieting and starvation, It's about embracing a healthy way of life. My mission is to promote GOOD HEALTH with WHOLE FOODS and ACTIVE LIFE.
MY WEIGHT-LOSS STORY
In summer 2014, I was literally on edge, emotionally and physically. I had a very stressful job, an unhealthy lifestyle, and quite unhealthy eating habits that nearly led me to a total disaster. I was obese, unhappy, and physically sick. I needed to change my life FAST, or I knew I'll end up sick for life.
I decided it's time to change my life. I wanted to be healthier and free, but I didn't want to go through yet another diet. I also wanted to set an example for my son to have a healthier life and a better future. I began educating myself and working on a new future me.
I've started eating REAL, WHOLE FOODS, and give up all the processed meat, added unhealthy refined sugars, store-bought food, and anything processed. It was a pretty drastic change for me at that time, but it was the only way to get my life back. I began to view food as nourishment. I learned to receive the gift food had to give me, rather than rejecting it. Also, I started WALKING, doing yoga, and lead a more active lifestyle.
In just a few months, I restored my energy, and I started feeling amazing. Also, I've lost some weight, which restored back my confidence. Over the one and a half years, I've lost 110 POUNDS (50 kg / 7.8 STONES). But even a bigger accomplishment for me was complete lifestyle change and FREEDOM.
The relationship I have with food now is a joy! I have ditched diets for good, and there is so much FREEDOM in that. I'm a HEALTHIER and genuinely HAPPIER person today. I feel great! This new healthy lifestyle really healed me.
MY WELLNESS JOURNEY
I've learned so much on my healthy journey. Since I couldn't stop blabing about it, my husband convinced me to start blogging and sharing all that information with the world. That's how I started writing this blog.
On that journey, I discovered yet another passion - helping others finding the same freedom and happiness, so I enrolled to study to become a certified health coach. In past years as a health and wellness expert, I've organized many trainings, and been a guest on inspirational breakfasts and other events giving advice on healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle.

Natalie's Health is all about real food - fresh wholesome ingredients and nutrient-dense superfoods. Through my blog I aim to inspire people to eat more healthy and live balanced active lifestyle. Recipes I share are very classic type that I tweak to include more nutritious, wholesome ingredients, reduce fat or use better fats and sugar alternatives. With every recipe I try to improve the nutritional value of the meal without compromising the taste.
