      I can't believe I used to hate cinnamon when I was younger because I absolutely adore it now! Can't get enough. Love this list of recipes to use it- I'll be going straight for the gingerbread hot chocolate. Yum!

      I love cinnamon. It's probably my favorite spice to add to sweet dishes. I think that my favorite of these recipes is the carrot cake baked oatmeal. Carrot cake is my hubby's favorite cake, and that recipe for carrot cake baked oatmeal is a winner.
