    Chia seeds are stapled in my pantry and part of my daily healthy diet. Neutral in flavor, chia seeds can be added to virtually any recipe for a nutritional boost. These tiny, nutrient-dense seeds, are packed with fiber, protein, omega-3s, and antioxidants. They have some pretty amazing health benefits and I absolutely love them.

    They are awesome for making chia pudding but they can be used in so much more ways.. in smoothies, in snacks, jams.
