Motivation monday #1

Good day and Happy new week to you all! :)

Many of you consider Monday to be the worst day of the week, but it doesn't have to be that way. Monday is a great day for new beginnings, and to start to implement important decisions we made during weekends. Motivation on another hand is important to all of us and much needed if we want to stay focused on our goals. Every new week brings new challenges, and I'm here to help you stay motivated. That's why I'm going to share with you every Monday one quote to inspire you. And maybe to help you change your mind about Mondays.

I hope you guys had a really great weekend, full of fun, sunshine and love. Hope you had enough time to relax and rest, and get set for the new week.

My weekend was quite busy. I've worked all Saturday on my blog, writing new stuff, creating new recipes, responding to all your emails and messages. But I don't mind a bit. I love what I do, and isn't hard for me to fully dedicate weekend just for you guys. Your each comment, share or message brings me much joy, and I'm grateful for this chance to be helpful.

The rest of the weekend, I've spent with my family. We enjoyed in the sun and fine food. We had such fun together. It's never boring when you have a 6-year old ;) Those precious moments of fun and laughter filled me with the energy needed for a new week.

Today I want to share with you, my thoughts about quick results that many of you might expect when starting a healthy diet. Well, there aren't quick results! Nope. You can't expect changes to come overnight. You can't feel better, nor lose weight overnight. There aren't shortcuts in that process too. You can't rush something you want to last forever.

Creating healthy habits take time, patience and persistence. But the biggest mistake I see many people make is when they set their focus only on physical appearance. Healthy diet brings a lot more than a slim body. It brings health, a feeling of fulfillment and happiness. If you want those things to last forever, then don't rush it. Dedicate yourself to it. Dedicate your time to building a "new you".

Have a great Monday peeps! Eat healthily and stay happy all week! :)

Xoxo,
