Grilled Turkey Burger With Greek Yogurt Topping is perfect, easy and super HEALTHY meal for the entire family. Tender juicy meat hugged with seasonal veggies in whole grain bun, topped with amazing light and delicious yogurt sauce makes this burger extra special and extra tasty.
Place turkey meat into a large bowl with egg and bread crumbs. Add soy sauce and olive oil. Stir to combine. Add sparkling mineral water, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper and stir the mixture. Add more salt if needed.
Form 2 burger patties. Keep in mind that the burger will shrink up a bit after it has cooked. Place them on baking paper and let them rest for 10 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat, or preheat a nonstick skillet over a medium heat on the stove.
Lightly spray the grill or skillet with olive oil, and then cook the patties for 8-10 minutes per side.
In a separate bowl mix greek yogurt, mustard and dill with lemon juice. Add salt to taste.
To assemble burger: Place lettuce and red cabbage onto buns. Add grilled burger. Top with greek yogurt sauce and red onions and serve.
