Super easy, healthy and delicious, roasted garlic parmesan potatoes baked in the oven seasoned with aromatic spices. It's perfect low-calorie meal, full of nutrients.
Preheat oven to 395F (200C). Line the large baking tray with parchment (baking) paper. Set aside.
Wash potatoes - previously peel the potatoes if you don't like the skin. Dry potatoes with paper towels and cut them into equal parts - a quarter. Make sure they are about the same thickness and size.
Place the potatoes in a large bowl.
Pour the olive oil over the potatoes and season them with garlic, rosemary, and salt. Add grated parmesan and toss together to coat evenly.
Place potatoes on the prepared baking tray in a single layer.
