These Matcha Pancakes are such a treat. They are incredibly tasty. Soft, sweet, vanilla flavored, absolutely delicious.

You will need simple pantry ingredients:

– milk – egg – rolled oats – matcha powder – A handful of fresh spinach – hemp seeds (optional) – vanilla extract – maple syrup or honey – baking powder – pinch of salt

Step 1

Take the blender and add all ingredients. Mix everything at high speed until you get a smooth texture.

For each pancake, drop 1/4 cup of batter into the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes until pancake is lightly browned.

Flip the pancake carefully with a flexible silicone spatula and cook for another minute. Transfer to a plate.
