Fruity, sweet and creamy Strawberry Chia Pudding is one gorgeous guilt-free treat. It's packed with nutrients - proteins, fibers, and omega-3 fatty acids. It's a satisfying breakfast that's healthy and loaded with superfoods!
Put strawberries, milk, peanut butter, maple syrup or honey, maca powder (if using), vanilla and cinnamon in a blender and mix on high until you get smooth texture.
Taste and add more sweetener if needed.
Add in chia seeds an pulse for a second to combine.
Pour mixture in a glass. Leave to rest for 15 minutes, for pudding to form.
Top with fresh strawberries.
Serve and enjoy!
