Ingredients

cup
Raspberries
, frozen

Peaches
, frozen

tablespoons
pure maple syrup
, honey or stevia (to taste)

cups
water or ice
A piece of fresh ginger
, about ½ inch (1cm)

teaspoon
vanilla extract
A few drops of fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Put frozen fruit into blender (I use
Vitamix
), add syrup (or honey), ginger, few drops of lemon and water (or ice) and blend until smooth.
Transfer mixture into a plastic airtight container and place in freezer for an hour. Don't let mixture freeze completely.
Serve and enjoy!

As a measure I used UScup (240ml).
