Ingredients

For dusting:

  • Crushed cacao nibs or cacao powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients with the spatula in a large mixing bowl until well combined. Leave in the fridge for 15 minutes for the mixture to harden.
  2. Take 1 tablespoon of mixture and gently roll into a ball.
  3. Coat the ball with crushed cacao nibs or cacao powder.
  4. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  5. Eat immediately or store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
