Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8.6" x 8.6" casserole dish.
Keep leftovers for up to 5 days in the fridge or up to 3 weeks in the freezer. Enjoy it warm or chilled straight from the fridge!
For GLUTEN-FREE: Use certified gluten-free oats.
For VEGAN: Use flax or chia egg.
PREP the night before: Prep the mixture and put it in the casserole. Cover the casserole dish with foil and place it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, remove the foil and bake.
