Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup carrots chopped (about 1 large)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup soya probiotic yogurt
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • Dash of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients into your blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour in glass and add toppings. Drink immediately.
