Matcha Green Tea Latte

Matcha Green Tea Latte is cozy drink perfect for cold mornings. This creamy antioxidant-rich drink will wake you up nicely and boost your mood. It's dairy-free and made without added sugars. Perfectly healthy and super easy to make.

  1. If using a matcha making set: Sift the matcha powder into the bowl using a fine mesh strainer or sifter. Add the hot water and whisk with the bamboo whisk in a "w" shape until frothy and well mixed.

  2. If using a shaker: Place matcha powder in a shaker. Add the hot water, close the lid and shake it until well mixed.

  3. Bring soy milk to a bare simmer in a small pot over medium-high heat. Froth the milk with Handheld Milk Frother.
  4. Place matcha green tea mixture into a heatproof cup. Slowly add soy milk. With the spoon grab the froth and place on top of the drink.
  5. Add maple syrup or honey and vanilla if using. Give it a good stir.
  6. Enjoy!

As a measure I used US cup (240ml).
