Pumpkin Overnight Oats are HEALTHY meal perfect for mornings. These oats are loaded with incredible flavor, many nutrients and completely ADDED SUGAR-FREE.

Ingredients

For the base:

Toppings:

  • 1/2 ripe sweet banana
  • 1/4 cup walnuts roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dried Goji berries

Instructions

  1. Add all of the base ingredients to a pint-sized mason jar. Mix well to combine.
  2. Top with a lid and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. In the morning add toppings.

Recipe Notes

As a measure, I used UScup (240ml).
*For GLUTEN-FREE option, use certified gluten-free oats.
Oats can be eaten cold directly from the refrigerator or heated in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
Overnight oats will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
