Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1 cup brewed cold coffee I used Nescafe instant espresso powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoon hemp seeds ground
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup optional, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups ice cubes to taste

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and desired consistency is reached.

  2. If the shake is too thick, add a little more liquid - coffee, water or milk and blend again.
