  • 1/2 cup coconut oil melted and cooled
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup puffed rice cereals
  • For topping:
  • 4 tablespoons Goji berries crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Bee pollen
  • 4 tablespoons Dried blueberries


  1. Line an 8 x 8-inch deep baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl mix together with whisk melted coconut oil, raw cacao, syrup, peanut butter, cinnamon, and vanilla. Whisk until completely incorporated.

  3. Add rice cereal to a bowl and mix until combined.
  4. Pour into the lined baking tray and refrigerate until firm (at least 30 minutes). Remove and cut into bars.
