Homemade Pumpkin Puree

  • 1 medium butternut pumpkin


  1. Peel pumpkin.
  2. With a spoon or a scoop, scrape out the seeds and pulp from the center.
  3. Cut pumpkin into small peaces.
  4. Put into boiling water.
  5. Cook over medium heat until soft (about 20 minutes).
  6. Drain and transfer to blender.
  7. Blend until it turns into a puree.
  8. Transfer puree into washed and drained glass jar.
  9. Keep refrigerate.
