Ingredients

  • 1 bigger sweet apple
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons oats *
  • 1 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Add more water or milk to make the smoothie thicker.

Recipe Notes

As a measure I used US cup (240ml). For special freshnes use cooled milk.
* For GLUTEN-FREE version use certified gluten-free oats.
