    Monday Motivation #29

    Published: Oct 30, 2017 · Updated: Oct 30, 2017 by Natalie · Leave a Comment

Hello, hello! Happy Monday and happy new week to you guys. I hope you are well rested and supercharged for the upcoming week. We have beautiful sunny and warm weather here in Croatia which definitely uplifts my mood even higher. I'm pumped up and bursting with energy. No, I'm not on some drugs. That's just healthy food and my healthy morning routine. ;)

I really hope you all had a fantastic week and lovely relaxing weekend. My last week was super productive. I'm in my full-working mode again. Busy as a bee. On Monday I published my usual Motivational Monday post. I talked about CHANGES and how you need to TAKE ACTION if you want healthier happier life - the point is you just need to stop making darn excuses and do something about your life. Following that, I gave you guys my favorite Weight Loss Tips That Really Works. You know I know what I'm talking about. I've lost more than 100 pounds. Remember? On Friday I even managed to publish spooky Ghost Vanilla Donuts recipe. These donuts are super sweet but super low-cal. Perfect for upcoming HEALTHIER Halloween. My kiddo loves these donuts. I just know you'll love it too!

Since Monday is the perfect day to start making changes, for those who are still indecisive, I'm here to push you guys a little bit to start moving your ass. So today I wanna talk to you about FAILURE, because I know you're thinking about THAT like all the time. When do we really fail and why... Let's chat.

Some of you are just so afraid of failure, that you don’t even bother trying to achieve your goal. You are afraid of what will OTHER people think if you fail. Just stop giving a damn about that. You think about failure even before you've started anything. Ok, now just STOP filling your head with all that negativity. It's not a lose-lose situation. These negative feelings are blocking you. Get that! You need to realize that you CAN achieve anything you set your minds to. Just believe in yourself and what you can do, and beautiful things will start to happen.

Some of you let questions and doubts paralyze you. You believe that you can’t start anything until you have all the answers to every “what if” scenario. Look, honestly... no matter how long and hard you prepare, you will never have all the answers to the questions you might ask. You just need to START doing things. Move yourself from point A toward point B and see what happens. Make fixes as you go. Don't overthink.

Some of you fail because lack of commitment. Simple as that. You say you want to achieve a certain goal, in truth, you're really not committed to it. Because you lack commitment, you don’t give your full effort. And as with anything in life, if you don’t give it your all, you end up with mediocre results. Commitment is crucial for attaining any goal. Add persistence and patience to that too!

Some of you set their goals, write-downs action plan, make checkpoints, but actually, never take that first step needed to progress toward goals. You need to TAKE ACTION, to get things started. Without action, nothing happens. So if you’ve created a goal list and wonder why nothing happens, ask yourself what action steps you’ve actually taken to achieve your goals. If you haven’t do anything REAL, then no wonder you're still on a same crappy food feeling crappy.

Just stop making excuses and move your ass. Stop fearing of failure. Grab your fears by the horns and stop underestimating yourself. You are more capable than you think. Set reasonable goals and DO IT for the right reasons - to feel healthier and happier. Don't be a crybaby if you do not succeed at first. Don't get discouraged. Get your shit together, learn from the mistakes, make adjustments and DO IT AGAIN! There is no such thing as overnight success. Dedication and discipline are required if we want to change your life. You also have to be willing to put in the time.

Remember, you only really FAIL when you STOP TRYING!

Until next Monday, stay HAPPY and healthy.

    Xoxo,
